Terms and conditions for Nordic nature guide AS

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By participating in our guided mountain and cycling tours, you automatically accept the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read these terms carefully before participating in an activity organized by Nordic Nature Guide AS.

2. Safety
   a. Participation in our tours requires an acceptable level of physical health. We reserve the right to deny participation if we consider it a risk to the safety of the individual or the group.
   b. Follow all instructions given by the guide during the tour to ensure a safe experience for all participants.
   c. Participants are required to arrive with appropriate clothing and equipment suited to weather conditions and the requirements of the tour. If specific equipment is necessary, this will be communicated in advance.

3. Reservation and Payment
   a. Full payment is required in advance to reserve a spot on a tour.
   b. Any cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the tour to qualify for a full refund. After this period, refunds will only be granted at the discretion of Nordic Nature Guide AS.

4. Cancellations and Changes
   a. Nordic Nature Guide AS reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, lack of equipment from participants, or insufficient participation. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.
   b. Participants may request changes to dates or tours, depending on availability and agreement with Nordic Nature Guide AS.
   c. Nordic Nature Guide AS is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to extraordinary events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or force majeure.

5. Liability
   a. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are insured against personal injuries and loss of personal belongings during the tour.
   b. Nordic Nature Guide AS assumes no responsibility for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the activity.
   c. If Nordic Nature Guide AS provides equipment (e.g., bicycles, helmets, or other relevant gear), the participant is responsible for handling it properly. Damage to equipment caused by participant negligence may result in liability for compensation.

6. Alcohol and Drugs
   Participation under the influence of alcohol or other drugs is not permitted and may result in immediate exclusion from the tour without the right to a refund.

7. Photography and Video
   Nordic Nature Guide AS reserves the right to take photographs and video recordings of participants during the tour for marketing purposes unless otherwise expressly agreed with the participants.

8. Privacy
   Personal information collected in connection with reservations or participation in tours will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
